Daniel and Jack liked to play football at school at lunch time

One day they were playing football and Daniel went over to pat a friendly dog

that had run into the playground


Daniel Suddenly noticed that Jack wasn’t around


He turned around and saw that Jack was frozen in place, his eyes were wide

open, his face was pale and he was breathing fast and loudly


What’s up Jack? What’s the

matter?

I’m going inside! I don’t want to play

football outside if there are dogs there!


Why not?He’s a friendly

one! Look!


Now Jack says he doesn’t want to play outside with Daniel at lunch time anymore. He only wants to play

football on his computer at home.
