The hotel’s 64 bedrooms are situated on just two floors with ten rooms on the ground floor and a lift and 4 staircases to the first floor. All bedrooms are en-suite, most with bath and shower. 9 rooms on the ground floor have walk in showers (3 with baths as well as showers). All bedrooms have direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview LCD TV with Sky Sports, hair dryer and trouser press. All have access to the hotels FREE wifi Broadband service as do all the public rooms. The hotel has 2 bars which offer a wide range of reasonably priced light snacks, beers, wines, soft drinks, spirits, teas and coffees. There is ample free parking within the hotel grounds for over 200 cars and coaches. The leisure facilities at the Langstone Cliff Hotel include Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools, Table Tennis, Snooker, Tennis, a small Fitness room offering a range of cardiovascular equipment, a Hairdressing Salon and Beauty Salon.

Lincoln Ballroom
In January 2011 the Lincoln Restaurant and Ballroom had the sprung strip maple dance floor extended to almost double its previous size, sanded, resealed and refurbished. The Lincoln dance floor is now 13 metres (42’8”) long x 5.40 metres (17’9” wide or 70.20 square metres. The Orchid room and the alcove (where the carvery is situated when needed) are unaffected by this excellent improvement. This now enables the Lincoln Com-plex to seat approximately 150 guests without encroaching on the dance floor. If the dance floor is included, the room is now capable of dining up to 250 guests, but of course does not lose the warm atmosphere it has always had for smaller numbers. No less comfort, much more flexibility! We also have a portable floor which can be assembled to give a floor up to 3.50 metres (11’6”) x 3.50 metres (11’6”) or 12.25 square metres.

Washington Ballroom
The Washington Ballroom is approximately 18.3 metres (67’) x 18.3 metres (60’) over all with both an attached lounge bar and conservatory and contains an inset sprung maple floor, which is 14.5 metres (48’) x 11.0 metres (36’). The Ballroom and Bar are fully air conditioned, the attached conservatory has windows enjoying magnificent sea views. The ballroom may be blacked out if required and contains controls for the fully variable lighting. The stage Dimensions are approximately 7 metres (24’) x 2.8m (9’) and may be extended using portable stage units if required.
