III. THE ADJUSTED ON LOSS/DAMAGE & COMPENSATION

This is based on Ship-owner, The Cargo Insurance & "Buyer/ Receiver” have considered on the

settlement of this case.

The seller is not responsible for this matter.

IV. OPINION

Basing on the official results of our inspection, and refer to the relative document, we are of the

opinion that the damages to the above mentioned cargo happened in the ship’s holds during the

discharge at Hai Phong port, Vietnam due to the following causes:

• The sweep ing cargoes were s l ight ly s ta ined at due to Ho ld s s l i gh t ru s t ed .

• Dunnage materials were not applied for segregation of the cargo from ship’s holds

construction.
