For existing structures services include on-site inspections and assessments, hydrologic routings for required design floods, spillway adequacy analysis, breach analysis, inundation mapping, emergency action plans, stability analysis and seepage control, determination of downstream hazard classification and development of Emergency Action Plans and operation and maintenance manuals.

For dams where safety issues have been identified, TRC offers design services for rehabilitation or decommissioning of the structure and construction phase services. Typical issues include hydraulic inadequa-cy, changes in hazard classification due to downstream development, seepage, slides, sloughs, sinkholes, wave action erosion of upstream slopes, scouring of spillway facili-ties, and cracks or unusual movement of structural members.

Our specialties include:

Evaluation• Inspection & Assessment• Updating Hydrologic Analysis• Spillway Adequacy Analysis• Breach Analysis/Inundation Mapping• Stability Analysis/Seepage Control• Hazard Classification Determination
