DALIMA is a company specialized in Digital Outdoor Advertising, equally associated in developing,
animating and managing dynamic contents for its Digital Panels.
These respective Panels have several screens formats: Landscape, Portrait e Curved; sizes: 6x3m,
4x6m, 6x6m and many others. They work 20 hours per day, from 5:00am to 1:00am.
As a Digital Services provider,
supported by highly complex
technological equipment and
processes, it is pivotal that all
screens are at their best shape
operational capacity.
Each panel is composed of screens,
module cabins, a control system
and a steel structure.

ARTWORK FILES AND PRODUCTION FORMATS
Delivery and FeaturesARTWORK SUBMISSION
. Send all designated content to the Commercial Department.
. Files up to 10MB in total space may be sent via e-mail. Larger files can be delivered physically (through a USB drive and/or a DVD) or using WeTransfer, Google Drive or similar mechanisms
. The deadline for artwork delivery is 5 working days prior to campaign/spot launching.
. Latency in artwork delivery may influence the launch of campaign/spot.
. Should the artwork be in storyboard format: on each slide there can only be a single subject, theme, feature in order to facilitate its legibility in the panels.
. Bright color/ tone backgrounds should be avoided on the campaign/spot design.
. The spot/campaign design should have: colorful images, vivid articles/content; and high quality logo(s).
. On the graphic video, images and texts should have greater contrast in relation to the background.
. Text on the graphic video should have between 20 to 30 pixels in height.
. The average human eye can read up to 300 words per minute. A 10 sec. spot should have a maximum of 40 words.

Process and DetailsPRODUCTION & UPLOAD
The Design Department will develop the
storyboard for the spot/campaign. This
should have between 3 to 6 conceptual
frames. Its development period is of only
1 to 2 working days after the submission
of all materials needed.
The production process starts with the submission of the brief template and graphic layouts
material to be used for the campaign/spot (footage, text, images, logo, design elements).

Text, layout and/or images alterations by
the client, in relation to the campaign/spot
concept, are recommended during the
storyboard phase, and not during the
production of the graphic video.
WHEN MAY ONE SUGGEST ALTERATIONS, IN CASE I HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CAMPAIGN/SPOT CONCEPT?

The Design Department will produce the
graphic video following the storyboard
concept. The execution period is between
2 to 3 working days after the storyboard
approval.
WHAT COMES FOLLOWING THE STORYBOARD(S) APPROVAL? 04
Yes, it may. The campaign/spot will be
uploaded to the panels at the launching
date established by the client. The
execution period is of 2 hours, should
the campaign/spot be approved
before 3:00pm of the current day.
The storyboard should contain
between 3 to 6 conceptual frames,
demonstrating the animation process of
the graphic elements used for the
graphic video.
In case of an integrated campaign,
several storyboards may be developed.

Advertising in DALIMA digital panels can have variations of price depending on the length of the campaign, number of panels you want and the creative execution. You may choose your package or request your personalized proposal.
Digital content should be emailed to digital@dalima. co.mz. If the content is too large to email, you can transfer your files using a file sharing site (WeTransfer, Google Drive...).
