Heavy Duty

GEN lever hoists provide efficiency and maximum durability to

various user environments. Forged hooks and precisely machined

gears ensure users with safe and easy operation. GEN lever hoists

are optimized for pulling and holding loads, as well as lifting and

lowering.

Free Wheeing

GEN lever hoists are portable and designed with ‘free-wheeling’

mechanism which allows easy adjustment of load chain in any

directions. User can adjust chain length in desired direction with

minimized use of force.

Application

GEN lever hoists are suitable for various industries where high

reliability is required, such as mining, shipbuilding, construction

yard, and forestry.

•DLS-030CG is a special accessory for GEN

lever hoists, protecting surface of load chain

when transporting load on vehicle.

•It prevents direct contact between load and

load chain, protecting the surface of load and

•Magnet under DLS-030CG will firmly hold its

place when placed on steel load.

Ball Screw Gear

Unique ball type screw gears ensure higher

efficiency when pulling a load. It minimizes the

force when pulling the lever, and makes chain

length adjustment much easier.

Load Chain & Sheave

Solid and durable link chains are made of special alloy steel that is

exclusively heat treated for heavy duty use. The chains will provide

customers with exceptionally long wear and reliable use.

Precisely manufactured and heat treated load sheaves are used for extra

durability and maximum safety.

Needle Bearings

High grade pre-lubricated needle bearings are used in the main rotating

gears. Minimized friction of rotating gears offers smooth and easy operation.

It also ensures long-lasting life of other parts within chain hoist body.

Load Brake

Specially designed ratchet brake warrants safe and dependable operation

when lifting load.

Hand Wheel Cover

Professionally designed hand wheel guides hand chain into the wheel

pockets for easy and smooth pulling without being jammed.

Hooks

Top and bottom hooks of all capacities are steel forged and heat treated

for strength. The hooks are optimized and designed to swivel in all

directions freely.

Easy Traversing

GEN trolleys are designed to move loads swiftly along the beam. All

wheels are equipped with anti-friction ball bearings, providing smooth and

easy movement.

Adjustable Flange Width

Trolleys up to 5 tons have adjustable flange width. Users can easily

adjust the flange width according to beam size. Trolleys above 5 tons are

made with fixed flange width according to user’s specification.

Precise Movement

Trolleys above 5 tons are driven by geared wheels, which provide users

with extremely precise and accurate movement of loads. Various lengths

in hand chain are available upon user’s request.

Guaranteed Safety

All GEN trolleys are inspected and tested with minimum 150% of rated

capacity before dispatching.

Dimension

GEN low headroom hoists are combination of spur gear chain hoist and

trolley. They are specially designed to work efficiently in low headroom

environments.

Chain hoist and additional sheaves are mounted on the side of trolley in

order to achieve maximum lifting height. Places where the distance

between floor and beam is limited, GEN low headroom hoist will be ideal

with maximized working height. Provided with a 360 degree rotating

bottom hook, it guarantees accurate spotting of load in any

circumstances including in-vessel use.

Complete Seal Protection

Main components, including gears and

electrical parts, are completely sealed against

dust and moisture. All gears are sealed in

body with oil-bath lubrication for long wear. It

significantly extends the operation time of

GEN electric hoist.

Electrical Overload Sensor

E.O.S. will continuously monitor power usage

of GEN electric hoists. When motor

consumes excessive power due to over loaded

weight than rated capacity, it will stop lifting

and start alerting.

Dual Speed Control

DEX series are equipped with inverter

controllers. Various lifting speed is possible

and it also provides progressive start/stop

feature for accurate and precise operation.

Aluminum Body

Body and motor housing of DEX series are

aluminum die-casted for precise movement

and superior cooling.

Specifications

GEN cleanroom hoist is specially designed for dust-free environment where dust particles

can be crucial to a quality of product, such as LCD panel and micro-chip manufacturing

plants.

To minimize the amount of particles from an operating hoist, gears are specially surface-

treated to increase resistance level against deform and rust.

Precisely machined gears also reduce noise level when operating, and its servo motor

provides customers with accurate movement and stability.

ND (Ni Diffusion) Load Chain

Nickel diffused chain has superior resistance against rust and corrosion.

Unlike other surface hardened load chains, nickel layer is diffused under

surface of alloy steel load chain and it reduces amount of particles while in use.

Nickel diffused chain is also appropriate to use in certain hazardous

environments since its low friction between chain links reduces risk of sparkling

when in use.

Multi-Purpose

GEN pulling clamp is designed to work in various environments. It can be

used to pull loads vertically and horizontally.

Compatibility

GEN pulling clamp can be used with any other GEN products such as lever

Hoist, chain block, and electric chain hoist.

Easy Installation

GEN pulling clamp can be installed on any part of the load, and the upper

jaw of clamp will not damage the surface of the load. The eye hook can be

rotated 360 degrees which make pulling possible from any direction.

Light Weight

GEN pulling clamp reduces the scale and weight more than 20% when it

compares existing product and new pulling clamp. It is designed consider

danger during working.
