 Trishund mayureshwar ganapati temple is a small but beautiful temple located in the narrow lanes of somwar peth.This exquisitely carved temple is believed to be built i n 1754 to 1770 by bhimgirji gosavi.it is a rare temple as no other temples have sculptures as his one. It had a unique architecture.Since I reached in afternoon it was closed but idol could be seen through the door. The drive continued along Hadapsar all but straight long highways.there was no indication for the right turn and it was all pure instinct that I took it . Beautifully carved Guardman Watermelon to rescue A shepherd having difficult time keeping his sheep off the busy highway.
