Situated in the municipality of Savosa, the Hostel is only 3 km from the centre of the beautiful city of Lugano.Its central position, in an utterly peaceful and silent setting, allows guests to enjoy moments of real relaxation, and also to plan splendid hikes in the mountains, pleasant trips on the lake, interesting visits to museums and exhibitions, or to take part in events of various kinds organised by the city of Lugano.

L’Auberge, située dans la commune de Savosa, se trouve à 3 km du centre de la belle ville de Lugano.Sa position centrale, dans une zone caractérisée par la tranquillité et le silence, permet des moments de vrai relax, de splendides excursions en montagne, de plaisantes promenades au lac, de visiter aussi des musées et des expositions ou de participer à toutes les manifestations.

L’Auberge de la jeunesse Lugano-Savosa se caractérise par la gérance savante et passionnée de la famille Majek-Wassmann qui, depuis longtemps, s’occupe des structures et de ses services, en accueillant les nombreux hôtes qui d’année en année choisissent avec plaisir de passer leurs vacances au Tessin.

L’ambiance accueillante et relaxante constitue une vraie „oasis de paix“ et les qualités de l’Auberge de la jeunesse sont reconnues au niveau international: elle est en effet considérée parmi les plus belles auberges d’Europe.

Pendant ces dernières années on a beaucoup investi afin d’améliorer le confort des hôtes et aussi pour répondre aux exigences d’un public toujours plus attentif et sensible à l’écologie.

The Lugano-Savosa Youth Hostel stands out thanks to the skilled and enthusiastic management of the Majek-Wassmann family, which has always been in charge of the structures and services, welcoming the many guests who happily choose to spend their holidays in Ticino year after year.

The welcoming and relaxing environment makes it an “oasis of peace" and the qualities of the hostel are internationally recognised: in fact, it is considered one of the most beautiful in Europe.

In recent years, considerable investments have been made to improve comfort for the guests, and also to answer the needs of a public that is increasingly more attentive and sensitive to ecology.

Apart from the rooms themselves, the buildings also offer lounges, TV rooms, an Internet corner, and a public telephone. The area is surrounded by the beauty of luxuriant, carefully tended vegetation.All facilities are comfortable and easy in access for everybody. WIFI is offered in the whole area.

La structure prévoit, en outre des chambres à coucher, des salles de séjour, salles TV, Internet corner et téléphone. Autour des bâtiments il y a une dense végétation toujours bien soignée.Chaque surface est pensée pour être confortable et sûre dans son utilisation et facilement accessible à tout le monde.Toute la surface de l’Auberge est servie par une liaison wi-fi.
