Black Mountain Woodfuels (BMWF): Provide sawmilling equipment, harvesting equipment, technical training, product development and marketing.

WtoW: Buy standing trees from NRW, sell wood to sawmilling business. Buy back timber to manufacture products. BMWF: process wood, sell sawn-timber to own markets and back to

WtoW for manufacture of high-value timber products, and transfer

operational residues to WtoW to produce biomass fuels.

BIOMASS FUELS BMWF: Establish stove manufacturing business in community. Create

15-20 jobs within Yr1-2. Supply combustion systems to community at

cost price and initiate RHI payments.

WtoW: process forest & sawmill residues, wood-waste and

arboricultural waste into wood-pellets for community use.
