OVERVIEW:Lead Stress and Support engineer for the project RGPL D.E. FOR SHAHDOL-PHULPUR PIPELINE

and Provision of FEED and Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning for KASAWARI GAS DEVELOPMENT(deputed to Malaysia).

Area Stress and Support Engineer for SAFCO-V, JAZAN-IGCC, FEED for Ras Laffan CCWS Ph.III and Flare Gas Recovery Project-Phase 2 Feed Services.

Managing a Team of 5 or more stress engineers in terms of Quality, Project Schedule, Team work, Work Satisfaction and Safety.

Overall responsible for all Piping Stress Deliverables and proceed to work systematically.P&ID Markup for Stress Calculation.Preparation of Project Specification for Piping Flexibility Analysis.Categorization of lines (Super Critical, Critical, Medium, Manual/Visual Lines, Non-critical) as per

Analysis of piping connected to rotating equipments like Pumps, Compressors (Screw & Centrifugal) & Steam turbine and qualifying nozzles using modules/codes like API 610, API 617, API 618, API 619 & NEMA-SM 23.

Stress Analysis of Jacketed piping system and checking the buckling and Junction weld strength.Appendix-P of API-650 calculations to arrive at axial , bending stiffness's and unrestrained thermal

growth.Static analysis of Two phase flow, Slug flow, Wind, Seismic, and PSV lines.WRC 107 & 297 for Nozzle local stress s check & flexibilities by Caesar-II module.Review of vendor isometrics of tie-in points and co-ordination with vendor for any

clarification/requirements. Pipeline analysis in UG and AG interface using B31.8 up to virtual anchor.Offshore piping stress analysis covering lines with substantial well head growth and bridge

displacements.Piping fatigue life calculation using PD 5500.Blast and Transportation analysis for piping in offshore platforms.Flange leakage check by Pressure equivalent, NC 3658.3 & ASME VIII Div 1 and API 6AF

methods.Local stress qualification of Trunnion/Stanchion supports using Kellogg’s method.Preparation of data sheets and checking of TBE for special items like Spring (Variable and

Constant type), Rigid Strut & Expansion joints.Natural frequency check(Modal analysis) to ensure optimum restraint for Reciprocating pump

data, and for clarifications on working philosophy and other issues.
