Doctor Internacional en Estado de Derecho y Gobernanza Global, máster en EstudiosLatinoamericanos, mención en comunicación y licenciado en Comunicación Audiovisual,todos ellos por la Universidad de Salamanca (España).Durante los últimos años he ejercido como personal investigador en formación (FPU) en laUniversidad de Salamanca (España), donde he podido impartir docencia en el Grado de

Comunicación Audiovisual en asignaturas cercanas al ámbito de las Industrias Culturales yCreativas, así como en el Máster Iberoamericano en Servicios de Información, Juventud yDesarrollo Comunitario en Nuevas Tecnologías, más centrado en la participación ciudadana,las políticas públicas y el derecho a la comunicación, así como colaborado en el desarrollode científico y la celebración de eventos clave en el ámbito de investigación latinoamericanoa partir de mi colaboración como miembro investigador del Instituto de Iberoamérica dedicha universidad. Anteriormente, fui profesor invitado en diferentes universidades de Boliviay Guatemala, donde desarrollé numerosas estancias de investigación e impartí tambiéndocencia, seminarios, talleres y conferencias sobre metodología científica, economía políticade la comunicación, teoría crítica y comunicación para el cambio social, entre otros temas.A su vez, soy autor de numerosos artículos y capítulos de libros en las principales revistas

(Palabra Clave, Intercom, Comunicación y Sociedad, Quórum Académico, Alterjor, Journalof Radio and Audio Media, Redes.com, Diálogos de la Comunicación,…) y editoriales(Fragua, La Crujía,…) de España, Europa, Estados Unidos y América Latina implicadasen la temática, centrados en el ámbito del derecho y las políticas de comunicación, lasredes de actores sociales, la acción colectiva y la movilización social y la teoría críticalatinoamericana, con amplio bagaje y conocimiento de las realidades sociales y de los medioscomunitarios, alternativos y populares de la región (especialmente centrados en Bolivia,Ecuador y Colombia). Así mismo, también cuento con numerosas ponencias, conferencias yseminarios.Fuera del ámbito académico he ejercido cargos de responsabilidad en el sector de laradiodifusión, con una fuerte implicación tanto en los sectores local, educativo y nacional-

público, destacando el trabajo de campo participativo para el estudio y análisis de diversasredes, estructuras y emisoras comunitarias de Bolivia. Por otra parte, cuento con ampliaexperiencia en gestión, diseño, elaboración y organización de proyectos de carácter sociopolítico y científico, así como experiencia en el campo de la observación electoralparticipante, como miembro asistente local en la misión de observación electoral EU ElectionExperts Mission to Bolivia, desarrollada durante las Elecciones Nacionales de octubre de2014. En la actualidad, me desempeño como marketing manager de la empresa Outify.me.Pertenezco, como investigador miembro del Grupo de Investigación Reconocido en IndustriasCreativas, Culturales y de la Comunicación (GRIC) de la Universidad de Salamanca, tambiénforma parte del Consejo Técnico de la Revista Internacional en Comunicación y Desarrollo(RICD). Es miembro de varias de las asociaciones más amplias, activas e implicadas en el
