OVERVIEW

Since recruited from CTBC Global MA (Management Associate) program which acceptance rate is lower than 1%, started my journey in the bank industry. What I responsible for are mainly in Wealth Management and Credit Card of Retail banking. I was a segment manager in wealth management, encompassing Strategic planning, Financial evaluation, Project coordinator, Customer segmentation, and Direct marketing. I am now a manager of financial control department in credit card, accomplished Tender evaluation, budgeting, and forecasting. In addition, since a series of job rotations from MA program for the first two years, I was developed with the abilities of highly resilience, interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels, and Strong team player.

EXPERIENCE

Tender evaluation : Responsible for building financial models and analyzed the credit card- related tenders (30 cases per year on average).

Financial analysis : Provide an overview and key insights of monthly revenue/ expense trends, forecasts, strategic plans, detailed budget and ad-hoc matters.

Project Highlights: Develop financial evaluation methodology and model for innovative digital banking business, i.e. LINE Pay, 7-11 digital

wallet and Project Moven. Bit for co-brand card issue of Costco, which can contribute more than $1 Billion spending per year. Bit for co-brand card issue of CPC, which is Taiwan’s biggest oil and Gas Company, and has more than 1 million

cardholders. Bit for co-brand card issue of Hanshin department store, which can contribute more than 0.7 Billion spending per year. Bit for co-brand card issue of FETC, which serves as the leading role in the Intelligent Transportation System in Taiwan.
