Checking quality of HDPE duct prior to laying in trench Physical check for duct joints (couplers)& also duct integrity test, duct leakages etc. Physical check for Man hole /hand hole (concrete) in factory plant and after delivery on ground. Quality check for installation of concrete chambers as per specification &guidelines. Quality check for concrete route markers as per quality standards. Quality check for G.I /DWC Installation for crossings of bridges/road/railway tracks. Quality check at Bridge crossings, railway tracks ,road crossings etc Quality check of Different Machines like HDD, Excavators, Pressure Compressors so as to obtain required power, pressure for assigned task, Quality check of different Non free issue material like Couplers, End Plugs, Simple Plugs, warning tape etc., Quality check for HDPE Duct buried under earth prior to installation of transmission line (OFC).

the step by step process, for proper & smooth working.• Quality check of the fiber Termination in ILA/Regeneration room ,inside FMS,• Checking quality of the Earthling pits.( done after repeated 8km length).• Checking Quality of the Shelter Battery Banks, D.G, power unit, transmission equipment ,

armor continuity.• Checking Quality of the different Alarms installed for monitoring the route .• Checking quality of the Safety &Environmental measures used by working agencies.• Check over labour right Compliances.• Maintaining DPR as per quality norms followed on ground.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

I. Incoming Quality :- 1. Supplier Audit / visit for quality issues & improvement.2. Maintain Supplier Rating & Analysis of 5Worst Supplier.3. To carry out PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).4. Part Reliability support & updation at vendor end.5. Coordination with other departments & vendors for new development, alternate source development & vendor up gradation activities.6. Conduct trial of new material along with process team.

II. Process Assurance :-1. Recognized for developing and delivering solutions to the organization utilizing Six Sigma

methodology.

2. Bringing continuous improvements in overall operations by implementing various cost saving initiative like KAIZENS, 5S activities, QC Tools for problem solving etc.3. Preparation of FMEA, Cause-and-Effect, Process Mapping & Pareto analysis.4. Expert in using 7 QC Tools (Problem Solving Tools) for process Improvements.5. Ensuring the process audit at all manufacturing sections against the technical specifications and to initiate process trouble shooting as and when required & Feedback to the process by performing process analysis, proper timely feedback to operation regarding the product Quality. 6. Application of Quality tools viz. 7QC Tools, WHY-WHY analysis for Customer Complaints.4. Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index on quarterly basis.5.
