Interests & Achievements:Share Race
I took part in the University of Law “Share Race”, in which each team invests a virtual £100,000 into a shares portfolio over six months with an aim to make the most profit. This improved my commercial awareness and provided insight into the business and financial market.
Fund Raising / Charity Work: I was ‘Class Charity Representative’ at university and organised an ‘Are You Smarter Than a
10 Year Old’ quiz and raffle for university students. We entered a competition for ‘Best Charity Event’ and achieved third place.
Involvement in the CSR committee at work, with previous fundraising activities including arranging a dodge ball tournament and a collection of filled shoeboxes for the Samaritans Christmas Child Shoebox Appeal.
Adrenaline Sports: I enjoy adrenaline sports and my past activities include bungee jumping, canyonning and
hovercraft racing. I have also abseiled 25 floors down the CIS tower in Manchester to raise money for charity.
