Commercially available high performance products and case studies of these installations identified. Building Performance Modeling, CMU Fall 2011 Energy Simulation, HVAC system Analysis, Documentation : Performed energy simulation for a multifamily mixed use building as a part of an ongoing neighborhood development project at Mellon Arena, Pittsburgh using Green Building Studio and eQuest based on DOE-2. Analyzed various HVAC systems for the same using Design Builder and EnergyPlus. Created detailed reports of observations and analysis. Productivity, Health & Quality of Buildings, CMU Fall 2011 Studied several research papers relating productivity, performance and individual satisfaction to various factors affecting work environment such as lighting, thermal controls, ventilation and developing a financial model to predict benefits in a ROI framework.
