PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

SYNOPSIS

Manager Production

Which include engineering drawing, layout, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for erection & commission of the plant.

Calculate chiller Requirement for molding hall & install chiller and mold Temperature controller as per machine/part requirement.

Enhanced Production by controlling cycle Time, man Power & machine /mold maintenance. Meet the production targets as per Cycle time of Mold, by assuring the best possible processing

parameters and Quality of components. Troubleshoot the processing/production related faults (Mold & Machine Faults). Manage and control the workforce according to the Plan and Production. Check & write the daily Production Report, Raw material Report, Hourly Production report, process

control sheet, Part Wise Defects reports, Machine/Mold Health Status Reports, IDD etc. Reduce Mold Change Time from 2 hrs to 30 min. Manage the raw materials’ stocks and identify any major deviations. Prepare weekly Machine/mould health status report and coordinate with the Dies & mold and

Maintenance Department for the Preventive Maintenance. Continuously improve the process control sheet. Review the literature for the latest trends in polymers, processing, moulds etc. Control the inward and outward movement of the material from the molding shop. Assure the proper Recycling of Plastic materials in the Plastic division. Assure the proper usage of Recycled Plastic materials in the Plastic Products. Handle any other job assigned by the management.
