Verbally communicates daily with Component Manager/Supervisor. Provides "on the job training" to new and subordinate staff. Ensures adequate food and related supplies are in sufficient supply to meet menu requirements. Requisitions food and supplies from approved suppliers authorized by Component Manager. Ensures and verifies that the goods received are the correct goods invoiced and in the proper quantities and

weights ordered. Inspects quality of goods received and arranges replacement/or credit for damaged/poor quality goods.

Verifies correct supplier pricing received as per contracted and quoted prices. Practices and ensures safe food handling including proper storage and temperature storage. Ensures accurate

product rotation at all times for all products. Assists in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles at the building loading dock. Cleans loading dock and

surrounding areas on a daily basis. Responsible for the correct assembly, retrieval, receiving, delivery of goods orders as instructed by the

Manager/Supervisor. May assist the Food Service Worker with campus orders. Maintaining a neat, well-organized storeroom at par stock levels. Fills and supply requisitions* received from other campus food service outlets. (*May be written or verbal.) Manually and accurately extends all Component Product Order Guides and Requisition Forms. Arranges the daily truck dispatch of all food service deliveries. Ensures all orders are received and supply on time as per the delivery time indicated on the Event
