Site Execution, Design and Estimation of the Electromechanical work for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Emergency lights and Voice evocation systems

Study of IFC and Tender Drawings from contractor and preparing the design documents

Compiling the UAE civil defence and NFPA codes for preparing the Shop drawings Preparing Gas flow calculation and pipe sizing for Fire suppression systems such as

FM-200, CO2 and Wet chemical systems Preparing Design calculations for Deluge assembly systems such as FOAM, Pre-Action

and Medium velocity Water spray systems as per UAE and NFPA codes Prepare and submit accurate cost estimation and competitive techno-commercial

offers Handover of approved final cost estimation along with all relevant drawings etc to

Execution team. Responsible for deriving BOQ and material submittals as per Shop drawing Site visits at the time of initializing the project and attending contractor meeting for
