Automated Total Organic Carbon Analyzer (TOC) by combustion and IR spectrophotometry, and Automated Mercury Analyzer (AMA-254) by combustion and UV spectrophotometry. Chemical multi-elemental analysis by electron micro-probe (EMPA), transmission electron microscope (TEM with X-ray diffraction analysis (EDX)), and isotopic analysis by ion micro-probe (SIMS). Optical spectroscopy by ICP-AES and FAAS for chemical identification of trace-elements (mostly heavy metals) occurring in various matrixes (aqueous solutions, paints, dusts, soils). Optic spectroscopy for mineralogical identification and transmitted infrared spectroscopy (GC-FTIR) for chemical identification or for water and carbon content measurements (microscopy-FTIR).

Computer skills and competences Windows, Mac OS X, iOS and Android platforms; networking (Microsoft Exchange).
