• Project manager in implementing reorganization of transportation of patients • Responsible project manager for the merger of psychiatric departments in cooperation

with the department managements. My tasks have been management coaching and facilitator on various workshops with clinicians and nursing staff

• Teaching colleagues in a wide range of topics such as financial rules in the region, the Health Care Services Act for transportation of patients, etc.
