10. Instructions.AsCuttlestonesAuctioneersareauctioneers,allgoodsdeliveredtoCut-tlestonesAuctioneerspremiseswillbedeemedtobedeliveredforsalebyauctionunlessotherwisestatedinwritingandwillbecataloguedandsoldatCuttlestonesAuctioneersdiscretionandacceptedbyCuttlestonesAuctioneerssubjecttoallthesaleconditions.BydeliveringthegoodstoCuttlestonesAuctioneersforinclusionintheirauctionsaleseachvendoracknowledgesthatheorshehasacceptedandagreedtobeboundbyalltheseconditions.

11. Reserves.CuttlestonesAuctioneerswillbepleasedtoadviseonsuitableprotectivereserves,butifnoreservehasbeenreceivedpriortothedayofsale,thelotwillbesoldwithoutreserveoratthediscretionoftheauctioneer.Reservesmustbeconfirmedinwrit-ingornotifiedonthereceiptatthetimeofdelivery.

12. VendorswillbechargedforgoodsleftonthepremisesifthevendorhasbeenrequestedtoremovethemandifthegoodsarenotremovedwithinfourteendaysofsuchrequestCuttle-stonesAuctioneersreservetherighttosellthegoodstodefraycostsandstoragecharges.

13. CuttlestonesAuctioneersreservetherighttostoreorarrangethestorageofgoodsdeliv-eredtothemforsaleeitherontheirownpremisesorelsewhereattheirsolediscretion.Theyexemptthemselvesfromanyliabilityforlossordamagetogoodsdeliveredtotheirsaleroomswithoutsufficientsaleinstructions.

14. Allgoodswillbeheldinsuredagainsttherisksoffire,burglary,andwaterdamage.Thevalueofthegoodssocoveredshallbethegrossamountrealisedorinthecaseofunsoldlotsthebestbid,orinthecaseofwithdrawnlotspriortoasalethatwhichthespecialisedstaffofCuttlestonesAuctioneersshallintheirabsolutediscretion,estimatetobetheauc-tionvalueofgoods.

15. ThevendorwilldulyindemnifyCuttlestonesAuctioneersinconnectionwithanygoodssoldonthevendor’sbehalf.

16. CuttlestonesAuctioneersdeclaimallresponsibilityforlossordamageofgoodsorforunauthorisedremovalofgoodsunlesscausedbynegligenceoftheiremployees.

17. Alllotstobeatthesoleriskandchargeofthepurchaserfromthefallofthehammer,andsuchlotstobetakenawaywithallfaults,defectsanderrorsindescriptionswithoutanypowerofdispute,attheriskandexpenseofthepurchaser.Nopurchasershallbeentitledtoremoveanylotuntilpaymenthasbeenreceivedinfullforthelotspurchased
