CUSTOMIZATION YOU CAN TRUST

CUSTOMERS WE SERVICE

Custom Product Development

Highland Baking’s track record in custom solutions for chain restaurants proves that our disciplined method of generating new sandwich carriers or buns, concepts and ideas works--with results to boot.

Securing customer input, providing accurate trend information, creating paper concepts for review, developing and presenting builds, as well as finalizing executeable concepts is all part of our vigorous process of creation for our customers.

Custom Menu Development

Our custom product development process focuses on making our customers a proprietary solution or product that can serve their company as needed. We provide fast development and sample turnaround and we follow customer feedback and modify until we hit our target.

We keep a flexible production schedule which allows us to pre-build inventory for product launch, cover demand swings for the duration of any LTO and follow it all up with logistics specialists to respond to any emergency needs that may arise.

Willingness to work with our customers, investing in new equipment to support their needs and working with our customer’s other bakeries as needed to ensure matching specifications shows mirrors our commitment to quality and service.

We service a number of casual dining, fast casual and quick service chains, providing them with high quality everyday products and custom products for limited time offers.
