We invite you to discover the possibilities using PALECEK finishes, textures, nail heads, and upholstery in PALECEK Fabrics or our COM/COL Program (Customers Own Material or Leather). Choose from the many ways PALECEK allows you to make any piece of furniture your own.

FRAME OPTIONSEach frame is labeled with icons indicating the available customization options for that item. PALECEK allows

you to choose from a variety of paintable wood frames available in smooth or distressed textures. Choose from a large assortment of paintable wicker and rattan frames. Select your four digit frame for customization.

OUTDOOR CUSHION

All outdoor furniture comes with specific outdoor cushions unless specified with a COM form.

1. POLYESTER FIBER WRAP QuickDryFoam® is wrapped with polyester fiber material.

2. QUICKDRYFOAM® QuickDryFoam® is composed of large reticulated cell that allows it to dry quickly after getting wet. It uses UREGARD in-built anti-microbial protection. It will prohibit growth of common molds and fungus inside the outdoor cushions even when left outdoor for long period of time.

3. SPECIAL ORDER If you require outdoor cushions on indoor furniture, please call customer service and fill out a COM form.

STANDARD CUSHION

The Standard cushion is constructed for those who desire a firm seat.

1. MUSLIN WRAP The cushion is covered with a shell of muslin. This is the makeup of the cushion prior to the fabric cover.

2. DACRON FIBER WRAP A Dacron (polyester) fiber is wrapped around the foam to create softness yet maintains the firmness in the cushion.

3. POLYURETHANE FOAM PALECEK uses High Resilience Foam. It is the highest quality foam available and meets California technical bulletin 117-2013 flammability requirements without flame retar-dant chemicals. It’s strong, durable, comfortable and is made to last.

DELUXE CUSHION

PALECEK Deluxe Cushions combine the finest quality materials to provide soft conforming comfort with broad styling flexibility.

1. COTTON TICKING Special down proof cotton ticking allows ample air permeability throughout each cushion.

2. CLUSTER FIBER FILL The fill is 100% Dacron polyester “Comfort Cluster”. These clusters of microfibers group together to give the feel of down. The “Comfort Cluster” has no odor or proteins to support micro-organisms, making it allergy free. The fiber is manufactured to specifications the ensure consistency, unlike natural fill blends that vary in cleanliness and content. Cluster fiber should be frequently fluffed like down to maintain loft.

3. FILL POCKETS “Comfort Cluster” fill pockets completely surround foam core. And, much like a down comforter, each pocket is filled equally to maintain constant uniformity and luxurious comfort in each cushion. Back cushions are made entirely from “Comfort Cluster” fill with foam core.
