    SAP Cloud for Customer requires real-time integration with the back-end systems. Both master data(accounts, prospects, contacts, territory assignments and so on) and transactional data (leads,opportunities, activities and so on) are required to be integrated. The prepackaged content from SAPprovides a predefined set for integrating master and transactional data. It provides the connectivitysupport of IDOCs (connecting to the on-premise SAP CRM and SAP ERP systems) and SOAP overHTTPs (connecting to the Cloud for Customer scenario).     SuccessFactors integrates with a multitude of applications. Existing SAP customers purchasingSuccessFactors wants to integrate with existing on-premise ERP and HCM systems; customers haveimplemented Compensation Management, Talent Management and other processes with their on-premise ERP systems. Further, 3rd party integration scenarios are a commonplace with an HRsystem - examples include integration with assessment vendors (SHL, PA); integration with timemanagement systems (Kronos); and so on. Each 3rd party system comes with its own set of data andconnectivity requirements.

    SAP HANA Cloud Integration provides a comprehensive integration package and a roadmap forSuccessFactors. The SuccessFactors application adapter abstracts the connectivity protocols of thevarious applications in SuccessFactors (ODATA, SOAP, REST) making it easy to connect toSuccessFactors systems and exchanging data with it.     SOLUTION OVERVIEWSAP HANA Cloud Integration helps transformtransactional data created in the SAP systeminto predefined exchange formats and transferit electronically to external systems, such as tothe systems of legal or tax authorities.

    For example, we see a growing trend ofstandardization components in SAP ERP forcompliance data interchange in Latin Americancountries and other regions. SAPs E-Invoicingfor Compliance solution not only follows bestpractices but also builds upon the existing SAPE-Invoicing standardization. Some of thebenefits are not only in master data sync up andtracking but also in the ability to provide a levelof flexibility to quickly build and customizearound the existing government requirements.

    The E-Invoicing for Compliance solution allowsyou to meet legal requirements in manycountries where companies are obliged togenerate documents electronically, such asinvoices, credit or debit memos that areexchanged between business partners and/orwith the local tax authorities. Some countriesrequire companies to exchange data in a specificdata exchange format, in most cases it is an XMLfile with a predefined structure and fields.

    Integration with SAP eDocuments

    SOLUTION INTEGRATION LANDSCAPE

    Customers have the requirement to integrate their on-premise SAP ERP systems with governmentsystems in various countries. Depending on requirements in these countries, various types ofdocuments must be exchanged with the government.

    For example, customers operating in the country of Peru are mandated to exchange debit notes,credit notes, invoices (or boletas as it is called) with the government IT system SUNAT(Superintendencia Nacional de Administracin Tributaria). It should have supporting functions suchas status requests and voiding of previously sent documents. On security, the SUNAT governmentmandates a two-step enveloped XML Signature with SHA1 algorithm. And as a process, customershave to go through the mandatory homologation process before going live with production.

    SAP HANA Cloud Integration ensures the security and connectivity standards mandated by thegovernment are met in the prepackaged content released in the catalogue. Further, customers haveto ensure their connectivity of the SAP ERP systems only once to SAP HANA Cloud Integration andthey can transact with multiple government systems.

    Combining SAP HANA Cloud Integrationand SAP Application Interface Frameworkand teaming up with SAP AGS and SAPGlobalization Services helped us realizeeffective B2G auditing transactions with allthe necessary security requirements.
