Concession discount - proof of entitlementTo access concession discount of up to 50% we ask that you provide proof of your address and entitlement due to your age, disability or receipt of benefits. We accept the following forms of proof (proofs should be no more than 3 months old).

• Local authority council tax bill for the current council tax year

• Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement or passbook

• Original mortgage statement from a recognised lender issued for the last full year
