This individual is responsible for the design/alteration and delivery of onsite and remote training programs. This individual is accountable for incorporating products and services offered through NetShops, Inc. e-retail sites, encompassing the areas of customer service and sales within an inbound contact center environment.

• Scheduling and delivery of customer service and sales training through onsite and remote training sessions

• Develop lesson plans and assemble materials needed for training manuals, presentations, testing and evaluation procedures

• Interact with other functional teams to gather information and develop technical specifications for context of course offerings

• Utilize instructional design techniques to create unique training programs specifically geared to the needs of internal/external Associate development

• Facilitate additional training to include special product launches and sales promotions • Maintain training standards and ensure consistency through quality evaluation

• Assist in the development of Computer Based Training and Videos to assist with the transfer of knowledge

• Champion activities to support ongoing performance improvement and the transfer of learning, especially in support of change

• Participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards. • Coordinate call calibration sessions and client listening programs to identify client needs

and expectations • Interact with individuals in providing input on customer escalation points relating to

product questions or dissatisfied customers as a back up for Customer Care Associates. What are the requirements of a Trainer at Hayneedle?

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. • 1-2 years of training experience with knowledge of inbound call center environments

preferred. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. • Ability to maintain knowledge of training practices. • Ability to pay attention to details and provide solutions based on analysis. • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, both written and verbal. • Ability to maintain confidentiality as needed. • Ability to maintain excellent research and development skills. • Ability to multitask.
