nick boksa, p.e. has more than 15 years of experience managing

the architectural design and engineering of a wide array of pleasure

yachts, production boats and commercial vessels.

Growing up on Lake Michigan, Boksa developed a love for the water as

well as marine craft. After graduating from the U.S. Merchant Marine

Academy and the University of Michigan with degrees in naval

architecture and marine engineering, Boksa spent time working with

Burger Boat Company, Davis Yachts and OSG America.

He founded Boksa Marine Design in 2003.

Nick Boksa has personally worked on the design and engineering of

dozens of luxury custom yachts, from 85’ to 200+’. While at Burger

Boat Company and Davis Yachts, Boksa focused on exterior styling, hull

design, stability, structural engineering, weight estimates, performance

analysis and hydrostatics for numerous custom motor yacht projects.
