Weaving machine

We have more than 60 weaving machine,include 20 dobby jacquard weaving machines,40 jacquard weaving machines and 3 knitting machine for t-shirt fabric.We can control the production quality and time very good.

Printing machine

We have 2 printing machines,which are made in Taiwan.The largest size of the towel we can print is 200x250cm.The color of the towel could reach up to 12.And 5 printing lines for t-shirts,After printing,the goods will be sent in to the dye pattern,in order to keep good color fastness.


Washing machine

We have 2 washing machines.The towels are unfold when washing.It is good to keep the good color fastness,and also,it can make the velour more regular.After this work,the surface of the towel will be more flat,and the towel will be felt very soft.

Compressed machine

We have 8 compressed machines.1.Compress the towel and t-shirts into any shapes.2.Put printed paper card on the up and bottom sides of the goods.3.Packed the goods by shrink wrap.


Sewing workshiop

We have 50 sewing machines.The worker are experienced enough,they do the jobs very carefully.

Dressing floor

We have more than 60 works in the workshop,they are very careful and professional in towel trim working.The goods will be inspected by our works and packed into cartons.
