This is much more than a pool house. This isa work of art. With its beautiful Frenchdoors and windows, decorative yetfunctional wooden arched doors, peakedroof with contrasting decorative elements,and painted shingled exterior, this poolhouse is stunning against the lushbackground. Homeexteriors are often neglected compared to their interiors, yet the exterior iswhat gives the first impression for the rest of the house. This home, built in1872, was in dire need of paint and pizzazz. With no curb appeal, the beautyof this old Victorian was sadly masked by chipping paint and rotting shutters.

Masters Touch was called to spruce up the exterior of this stately home.They repaired, resided, and repainted the entire exterior of the home.New shutters were painted a contrasting navy blue to pop against thedusty blue main color. A new roof was also installed by the skilledprofessionals at Masters Touch. Additionally, decorative accents such as thedecorative roofing trim, lattice work on the porch, the simple whiteswing, and the decorative roofing cross bars make this “painted lady”stunning.
