Custom Parts Canada is a division of Hot Baggers Custom Motorcycles, a custom motorcycle manufacturer that builds bikes from the ground up.

What does that mean for you?

1. We have one phone number, and it rings at our shop. You're not calling a call center overseas. You're not speaking to a 'customer service specialist' who doesn't know a thing about bikes. If you ask to speak to tech support, there's a good chance that the phone will be passed to someone who has their hands inside an engine, molding some custom body panels, or wiring up a bike. Now, we may never have worked on your exact model and year, so we may have to look up a part number. But we hope you'll appreciate calling a bike builder to talk about your parts needs.

2. We ride too, and we've also had to fix our own bikes. We know what it's like to be frustrated looking for that hard-to-find thing that you need to make your bike go, or stop. We've also done the internet thing, got sucked into the "Gold Club", paid through the nose for shipping from the States, and waited 3 weeks to receive the wrong part through EBay. Our customer service comes from kindred spirit, not a phone operator's manual.
