Custom Fabrication - Difficult Alloy Machining:

At US Dynamics, our in-house machining services focus on close tolerance machining of difficult alloys. These low-volume, critical ma-chining applications can be found in some of the custom equipment we manufacture as well as precision components for the military, aerospace and industrial markets.

Supported by both CNC and manual machining centers and backed by our highly trained and experienced engineers and craftsmen; we can machine diameters up to 54” and lengths as long as 144”. Materials include, but are not limited to, 6AL-4V and 10-2-3 Titanium, 13-8MO, 15-5PH and 17-4PH Stainless Steels as well as various magnesium alloys. We can machine precision details, production tool frames, cabinets and components as well as large-scale molds.

From aerospace components and assemblies able to withstand extreme environmental changes, to vacuum chambers with zero allowance for failure, to filtration assemblies used in bioprocessing and purification operations, USD’s attention to detail will yield cost savings, eliminate production down-time and provide you with a quality product that you can rely on.
