Technical Data Sheet

Polycarbonate Rooflight NaturaLight rooflights are manufactured to the highest standards and are designed togive maximum weather protection and light transmission.

Our rooflights are manufactured from UV protected polycarbonate in a choice of profilessuch as domes (NLS220) and pyramids (NLS200). Polycarbonate offers high impactresistance as well as a variety of glazing options in either clear, opal, diffused or bronzetinted. Our range of rooflights are available in either single*, double or a triple skin construction.Double or triple skin rooflights help to increase thermal and noise insulation as well asreducing the possibility of condensation, this ultimately provides designers, architectsand contractors with a wide range of design options.

For larger area expanses the Thermoformed Barrel vault (NLS 210), which is a uniquerooflight and is manufactured with interlocking 1 metre sections which facilitates siteassembly.

Our polycarbonate rooflights can comply with L1 and L2 of the Building Regulations andhave been tested by the BRE for non-fragility. Along with our standard size range, nonstandard sizes are available on request. Phone us for a quote now on 01670 530333 orfax 01670 824540.

* not tested by BRE for non-fragility

Circular RooflightsA dome can be made up to 2.4 metres in diameter using a central roll joint. Barrel VaultsInterlocking sections of 1 metre form continuous runs with thermoformed rolljoints. Domed ends vary to cope with non-modular lengths.

MAINTENANCE OF ROOFLIGHTS PolycarbonateThermoplastic has a self cleaning property; however NaturaLight rooflights can be cleaned if needed by using a light detergent and a non abrasive cloth. It is advised when cleaning any rooflightthat you should always assume that they may be fragile and you should never walk, stand or lye across them.

It may be wise to consider extra H & S equipment.

NaturaLight polycarbonate rooflights andthermoformed barrel vaults have been extensively tested bythe BRE for non fragility.
