Company principal responsible for the development and management of the Managed Care Analytics and Provider Profiling Business Operating Group. Responsible for the successful design and implementation of a national physician profiling initiative for a large pharmaceutical company as well as other contracts which produced significant revenue streams.

Founding corporate team member for this virtual integrated delivery system consisting of 11 hospitals and over 3,000 physicians partners whose primary business mission was risk contracting. Primary responsibilities included designing and operationalizing information producing systems as well as educational activities involved for these systems.

Executive level responsibilities for both a physician hospital organization (BCPHA) and a community hospital system. PHO activities included integrated delivery system development, managed care core competency development, performance-based compensation design, and contracting. Hospital system activities included medical management, continuous quality improvement implementation, critical pathway development, productivity measurement, customer satisfaction assessment, and projection of business line growth.
