Catherine Hudson’s extensive strategy and governance experience is invaluable for Board positions and high-level consultancy advice. In 2014 she embarked on a company director career and established her own consulting business Governance and Policy Innovation. Currently, Ms Hudson is on two national boards and one local government corporate governance committee as an independent member. Ms Hudson has over 25 years experience working in government across a range of economic, social and environmental areas. She held Deputy Director-General roles in the ACT Government from 2006 to 2014 and acted as Director-General for substantial periods of time. For five years she held the key integrity and governance position of ACT Commissioner for Public Administration. • Developed the Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines for Construction working to the ACT Land Development Agency Board. The guidelines were subsequently adopted for use across the ACTPS.
