‘Enterprise Business Development Manager –UK & International.

Clearswift has chosen the Enterprise sector as one of its main focus areas. We are looking for a

hands on Enterprise sales person to lead a small team focused on the Public Sector and Financial

Services verticals, as well as to carry a personal quota against the Telco, Media, Utilities and

Pharmaceutical and Retail markets to sell its new portfolio of IT Security Solutions, including

Adaptive Redaction and the Information Governance Platform. The role of the BDM will be to

develop the relationships with key named institutions in the UK and in Europe (excluding DACH and

France) to introduce them to these new technologies, generate a pipeline of opportunities and close

the sales of these solutions through our partner ecosystem.

‘VP EMEA Channel The VP EMEA will be responsible for defining a robust and simple

Channel program across EMEA, building on the foundation of our

current partner ecosystem. They will focus on a Single tier Channel

strategy in Key strategic markets and a Two tier Distribution strategy

in developing markets.

‘Senior Field Sales – DACH

The Clearswift DACH operation has an important client and partner base managed by the local Munich and Hamburg

teams. Due to the growing demand around the whole range of new Clearswift enterprise security solutions (Adaptive

Redaction, Information Governance, etc., …) our German sales team requires an experienced major account

manager that can position our solutions new and existing enterprise customers.

The Senior Field Sales DACH is required to have a very solid sales record of high value security solutions to large

organisations in the DACH area.’

‘Sales Manager – DACH

The Clearswift DACH operation has an important client and partner base managed by the local Munich and Hamburg teams. Due to

The Sales Manager, DACH is required to have a very solid sales record of high value security solutions to large organisations in the

DACH area, as well as experience in managing a small sales team with a good potential of growth. The Sales Manager DACH will be

the link between Clearswift HQ and the Munich office, leading the sales team by example, carrying an individual sales quota as

well as the regional target’

The DACH Channel Account Manager will be responsible for,

recruiting, managing and training Partners in the region to

ensure revenue growth for Clearswift’

Clearswift has chosen the Enterprise market as one of its

strategic focus markets to sell its new portfolio of IT Security

Solutions, including Adaptive Redaction and the Information

Governance Platform. The role of the Enterprise Field Sales

will be to develop the relationships with l institutions in the

ANZ region and to introduce them to these new technologies,

generate a pipeline of opportunities and close the sales of

these solutions through partners.

‘Senior Marketing Manager

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for:

Positioning and presenting Clearswift to their target audiences (customer

and partner) in their region

Planning and executing marketing activities that will ultimately drive

pipeline growth in the region

Building Globally effective channel marketing programs

You will work closely with the local Sales Director and the Global Marketing

team to deliver innovative and effective marketing activities within the

region. You will act as the voice of your region in the creation of Global

programs to ensure regional relevance’

Gateway Software Engineer *2 The Gateway Development

team is responsible for the ongoing development of Clearswift’s award

winning SECURE Email & Web Gateways, as well as its new Exchange, ICAP

and File Gateways. In order to continue to delivery these high quality

solutions the team is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and

motivated Software Engineer.

Senior Software Engineer- IG The Information GOVERNANCE Development team is responsible for the ongoing development of Clearswift’s new Inofrmation

Governance Platform. In order to continue to deliver this high quality solution the team is currently looking to recruit an

enthusiastic and motivated Senior Software Engineer.

As a member of the team you will be developing products that allows organisations to safely use the internet to enhance the way

they work, while protecting them from the risks of sensitive data getting into the wrong hands.

Associate Gateway Software Engineer The Gateway Development team is responsible for the ongoing development of Clearswift’s award winning SECURE Email & Web Gateways, as well as its new Exchange, ICAP and File Gateways. In order to continue to delivery these high quality solutions the team is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Software Engineer.

TEST Engineer The QA team within R&D is responsible for ensuring the quality of Clearswift’s award winning products

essentially SECURE Email & Web Gateways, as well as its new Exchange, ICAP and File Gateways. In addition there will be new products currently in development for information governance and application of security policy to client user desktops. In order to continue to deliver high quality QA, the team is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Test Engineer with automated testing skills to augment the QA product test streams.

As a member of the team you will be testing products that allow organisations to safely use the internet to enhance the way they work, while protecting them from the risks of sensitive data getting into the wrong hands. These products need to be fast, robust and secure to satisfy a wide range of organisations. Clearswift’s customers are able to define flexible policies which allow their users to take full advantage of the collaboration afforded by these modern communication channels while at the same time providing a secure environment within which to work.

Emergency Response Team Associate Software Engineer *2 The Engineering Response Team exists within Clearswift’s Engineering division. As a 3rd line support

team it is responsible for the investigation and resolution of customer reported product defects.

Working closely alongside our worldwide support teams as well as members of the core software

development team, defects are analyzed through multiple investigative techniques such as

examining both system and application based log files, producing diagnostic binaries and debugging

code in order to reproduce the defect. At this point a solution must be identified and implemented,

ensuring that not only is an appropriate resolution provided, but that it maintains high levels of

security, functionality, scalability and performance.

Technical Support Engineer –UK Part of the EMEA Technical Support team, this role is a full-time

position, aimed at providing customers with in-depth support (L1/L2 Technical Analysis and Resolution) for Clearswift

enterprise products and solutions.

The role is strongly customer focused, with an expectation to fully understand the impact of the problems raised

and ensure accurate expectations are set and exceeded in providing resolutions to issues.

• Provision of technical support to customers across the Support Region through customer portal, telephone and

email, in the form of workarounds and answers to technical queries.

• Incident management, ensuring that customer incidents are dealt with as per defined process and methodology

and that resolution is provided within the terms of service performance targets and contractual service level

agreements.

‘Technical Support Engineer- US The Technical Support Engineer is a member of a client facing team based at Clearswift US Headquarters

in Mt Laurel, NJ. Under the supervision of the Technical Support Manager, the Technical Support Team

responds to software support requests received via phone and email from Clearswift clients worldwide.

Engineers are responsible for managing and solving complex technical issues that involve the Clearswift

line of email and web products.

Technical Support – UK & US

Associate Technical Support Engineer -UK Part of the EMEA Technical Support team, this role is a full-time position, aimed at providing customers

with support (L1 Technical Analysis and Resolution) for Clearswift enterprise software products and

solutions (SECURE Email/Web Gateways and MIMEsweeper for SMTP).

The role is strongly customer focused, with an expectation to understand the impact of problems raised

and ensuring expectations are accurately set in providing resolutions to issues
