Demolition Plan

1. Steel load bearing pillars at each end of current exterior wall will remain

2. Minimal demolition required Wall adjoining steel columns (1) will be demolished. All other components will simply be moved. The current timber privacy screens will be moved and replaced completely intact on the outer edge of the boundary line. Privacy screens will remain as agreed by the Body Corp to ensure that the exterior look and feel of the building is maintained.

3. The air-conditioning unit will be moved to the south side of the property to ensure access and the required ventilation to meet industry standards

Extension Required - New Floor Plan

1. The current exterior wall adjoining the sliding doors and windows has a load bearing steal pillar on each end measuring 89 x 89 x5.0. Will retain the steel columns and remove the middle section of the wall

2. Existing sliding doors and windows will be reused. They will be moved 1.55m East (forwards) and 1.66m and south (down).

3. New all 1.66m to be built on far north end of extension (opposite side of balcony to where it currently is)

4. Air conditioning unit to be positioned in the same position but at the other end of the balcony

5. Privacy screens to remain to ensure exterior look of complex remains intact

6. New fixed window to be installed measuring 2.4h x 1.5w

East side where extension is proposed – photo showing rendered wall already

built right to boundary line. When driving down Little Nicholson St from

the North the outside of the building will not look significantly different as all you

currently see is the rendered wallAir conditioner unit will be placed in the same position but will be moved to the

other end of the balcony

The current overhang from the 2nd level is the same height as the existing interior roof so minor changes required. Proposal to

remove soild brick wall and move existing glass sliding doors down

where wall currently is. 1.66m solid wall to be build where air-

conditioner unit currently is
