Bellringer: (collected with notebook on test day)
A bellringer will be displayed on the board every day. Enter the classroom on time and begin writing the
question and a response. I will give you a couple minutes to complete your response. I will then ask
random students for their response and we will briefly discuss the bellringer. Bellringers are your
responsibility to make up. You will turn bellringers in on test day as the cover page to your notebook.
Bellringer points add up and can help or hurt your grade over time.
Notebook:
A notebook is a list of assignments you complete for a given unit. You will compile many activities and
notes into a notebook, so keep yourself organized. Bellringers are included and these will be the first
page of your notebook. Have the Chapter/Title and your name/class period on this cover page.
Due on Test Day
Format: Name/Class Period, Ordered as instructed, Title each Activity,
Keep track of assignments by monitoring the list on the board
Grading:
Total of all assignments within packet - Each assignment will be assigned points
Missing a notebook = a heavy loss of points and can really hurt your average
