Educational ObjectivesAfter attending the conference, participants will be able to
•compare and contrast the various treatment options available to patients with cancer of the head and neck;
•utilize the multidisciplinary approach to management of tumors of the larynx, oral cavity, oropharynx, nasopharynx, salivary glands, paranasal sinuses, and skull base;
• implement recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the thyroid and parathyroid glands.
Target AudienceThe course will be of value to otolaryngologists, head and neck surgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, oral-maxillofacial surgeons, speech language pathologists, and physician assistants.
EvaluationA course evaluation form will provide participants with the opportunity to comment on the value of the program content to their practice decisions, performance improvement activities, or possible impact on patient health status. Participants will also have the opportunity to comment on any perceived commercial bias in the presentations as well as to identify future educational topics.
CME Certificates and Attendance Verification CertificatesLetters of accreditation/attendance will be available online following the conference. Participants will be emailed information approximately two weeks after completion of the course specifying how to obtain their letters online.
Upon request, a record of attendance (certificate) will be provided on-site to other health care professionals for requesting credits in accordance with state nursing boards, specialty societies, or other professional associations.

The opening session of the conference will begin at 7:45 am on Saturday November 7, 2015 and the conference will adjourn at 4:30 pm on Sunday November 8, 2015. Advanced registration is encouraged as space and materials are limited. Please see the registration form for applicable fees.
The deadline for advanced registration is October 15, 2015.

Refund/Cancellation Policy Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after date October 30, 2015. A processing fee of $60 will be retained on all cancellations. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to [email protected]. Registrations are not transferable.
