‘SilentPowerTM’ range of generating sets - 15 kVA to 750 kVA

The new ‘SilentPower TM’ range of Acoustic Enclosuresis a result of path breaking development work by ateam of highly skilled and proficient engineers fromCummins Power Generation and Powerica Limited.These compact, fully integrated, weatherproof acousticenclosures are designed to provide truly world classsound attenuation besides offering easier serviceability and maintenance, lesser noise levels, greater reliability and a host of user-friendly features.

Designed and approved by Cummins, theseenclosures meet the most stringent noise levelsspecified by the Ministry of Environment and Forest,(MOEF) Government of India (GOI), as per notificationno. GSR 371(E) dated May 17, 2002 and are certifiedfor noise control levels of 75 dbA @ 1 meter distanceby the MOEF, GOI appointed nodal agencies.

State-of-the-art manufacturing facilities such as, CNCmachines and automated welding, painting and powder coating processes, ensure uniform paint quality and superior finish for a longer and moredurable life even at outdoor applications. The 2 mmgauge CRCA sheets provide greater strength andlonger shelf life whilst the specially manufacturedEPDN gasket fittings help preventsound leakage. Specially designed lifting points on the base frame assist inload sharing during lifting. Provision ofan emergency push button on the outside of the enclosure is in adherenceto the required security and safetymeasures.
