Each cubicle has an independent water reserve. The pacific waterbed has been improved according the comments we had from our customers. If the resistance and comfort were certified they were a humidity problem. Therefore we kept the same product but changed the design as you can see below:.

With combi-bedding dairy farmers combine the best functions of both mattresses and deep litter. Combi-bedding provides cows in the rear end of the cubicle with the comfort of deep litter and the resilience of the 88mm thick mattress in the front.The durable Poly-latex soft mattress is the solution to achieving the best comfort. This type of mattress is composed as a double-layered knee-bed (each 40mm thick) with a rubber top layer of 8mm thick. By using the soft mattress, dent formation in the knee-area of deep litter bedding will be history. Therefore enabling your cows freedom of movement to safely lie down or stand up anytime!

Combi-bedding is suitable for dairy farmers who don’t use solids out of manure for deep litter, but even demand a beneficial deep-litter-solution in de rear end of the cubicle. Combi-bedding cuts the consumption of litter significantly by partially mattressing the cubicle. This will save on labour and total costs.

Combi-boxdek: Het beste van twee werelden!De beste eigenschappen van twee type boxbedekkingen (hoge box en diepstrooisel box) zijn samengevoegd in het prefab Combi-boxdek van Den Boer Beton. Het Combi-boxdek biedt koeien achter in de ligplaats het ligcomfort van diepstrooisel en voorin de continue bescherming van een matras tijdens het opstaan/gaan liggen. Het Combi-boxdek is met name geschikt voor veehouders die niet met gesepareerde mest instrooien, maar toch achter in de box een diepstrooisel-oplossing willen. Door de slechts gedeeltelijk benodigde instrooiing, wordt het verbruik van strooisel aanzienlijk beperkt. Aan de voorzijde is het Combi-boxdek uitgevoerd met een verhoogd plateau met ruimte voor een brede strook noppenmat (met inlage) van 25 ��-teitsnoppenmat is comfortabel en biedt bescherming tegen beton. Het verhoogde oppervlak loopt schuin af naar het achterste deel. Dit verdiepte deel vormt het diepstrooisel-ligbed. Het boxdek is op afschot vervaardigd, waardoor koeien iets schuin omhoog liggen. Hierdoor liggen koeien rechter en blijven ligplaatsen schoner.
