On Hold Booking Button When making a booking on Serko (online booking tool)
and you get to the end where it gives you an option to put
the booking on hold please be aware that this function
does not actually hold the booking, but rather holds a shell
of the itinerary. Due to strict airline policies the flights will
more than likely cancel prior to you entering the booking to
confirm, sometimes only a few hours after you have held
the itinerary. If you get to the end and you are not sure
about booking then please cancel and come back later to
start again once you are sure you are ready to complete
the booking process.

itinerary tab on the home page of
the smart portal it will take you in
to our back-office system
Tramada.
• Here you can access any current
or past itinerary or invoice to
download. This enables you to
access invoices enabling
reconciliation or to resend lost
itineraries.
• When creating profiles for travellers
please remember to add the persons
correct email address and not a fake
emails addresses.
• If you are making a guest booking for
one off travellers then you can add
fake email addresses e.g.
Please also make sure you are not
adding your own email address in to
new profiles.
