Online Application for Certificates

This document describes the procedure to apply for Online Application of Certificates like Provisional

Certificate, Migration Certificate, Duplicate Mark sheet, Transcript, etc.

Follow the below procedure to apply online certificate and make payment online.

Step: 1

Login to Student Portal using below link from CSVTU Website and click on ‘Student Login’ as shown

below.

Step: 2

Please enter your user name and password provided by University.

Step: 3

Click on button ‘Online Application for Certificates’ as shown below.

Note: Please keep your card details for making payment online.

Step: 4

Upon clicking on ‘Online Application for Certificates’, the page will be redirected to new login page for

application.

Enter the user name and password provided by University.

Step: 5

After login, click on ‘Certificates’ tab as shown below.

Step: 6

Click on ‘Apply for Certificates’ button for new application.

Step: 7

In ‘Certificates’ – Select Request Type, Request For and if you would like add any ‘Additional Remarks’,

enter remarks and click on ‘Next’.

Step: 8

‘Fee Details Tab’ will display the details of ‘Fee’ charged for the application. Click on ‘Submit’ button to

proceed with Online Payment.

Step: 9

Finish the payment by selecting the respective payment mode.

Step: 10

After successful payment, application will get submitted ‘Successfully’ and by default, the status of

application will be in ‘Pending’ status. Student will be able to download the ‘Certificate’ once the request

has been ‘Approved’ by University.

Step: 11

Once University ‘Approves’ the request, click on ‘Download’ button to download the ‘Certificate’.
