INTRODUCTION
Hinopak Motors Limited was formed in 1985 by a diverse group of sponsors.
Hinopak Motors has gained 70% market share making it the largest manufacturer in medium and heavy-duty truck and bus industry in Pakistan.
Hinopak formalized its CSR activities through the formation of an eight-member Global Compact & CSR Committee in 2006.
The company contends to participate in social, economic and environmental development initiatives.
CSR PHILOSOPHY AND ITS ENDORSEMENT
The key to running a business is having a relationship of trust with the company's many stakeholders that include shareholders, customers, suppliers and employees as well as protecting environment and promoting good governance practices.
EFFORTS TO IMPLEMENT CSR
A very large number of social and voluntary organizations are contributing to the field of Corporate social responsibility by making it an important agenda .

Hinopak is working to strengthen corporate governance in an effort to realize its corporate mission.

The Global Compact is a voluntary initiative that seeks to advance universal principles on human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.
Our Director & Board Advisor, HR, PMD & CSR, Mr. Fasih-ul Karim Siddiqi, represented Pakistan at the Ministerial Dialogue Meeting with business leaders on the occasion of the High Level Segment of 14th UN Commission of Sustainable Development on 10th May, 2006 in New York.
