Special Projectsthe special Projects Division is a free-standing department in each of our offices specializing in concept-to-completion project management. With this boutique service, members of the celebrity service staff undertake entire portions of larger tasks and present the finished results in the time-frame and format agreed upon.

special Projects can range from mailing list updates and estate searches, to event planning and product seeding. Pricing depends on man-hour and staffing considerations and requires pre-approval.

Researchthe celebrity service research Department is a private, centrally maintained and managed database of information on over 500,000 “name” individuals, both living and dead. each celebrity record contains contacts, roles & credits, professional addresses and basic biographical information; cross referenced and indexed for ease of access.

All information is gathered and input by qualified research staff on both coasts, with new listings added daily. each item is carefully marked with the time and date of its last update to ensure accuracy and exactitude and to prevent the distribution of incorrect information.

The Celebrity Date BookA bi-weekly calendar that focuses on celebrity-sponsored events and happenings. both los Angeles and new York editions list red carpet premieres, opening nights, concerts, galas, charity benefits and more. each listing includes a public relations and event contact as well as ticket information if available Published on the 1st and the 15th of each month, the Date book covers all events 45 days out.

The Celebrity BulletinA daily newsletter that tracks the ac-tivities, whereabouts, and contacts of major personalities. in addition to reporting on celebrity arrivals each edition of the bulletin contains a “celebrity of the Day” biography with photo and international sec-tion which tracks u.s. arrivals from around the world. every arrival listed includes updated contacts for both the celebrity and the event(s) being attended to facilitate outreach.

Anyone seeking to use or access our goods and services must be authorized to do so by the responsible head of his/her individual subscription account. no information of any kind will be released to unauthorized users.

each subscription with access to our research department may authorized up to three (3) separate users to retrieve information by telephone, e-mail or on-line. each research account is entitled to 160 requests per month, with regular usage reviews to ensure efficiency.

each subscription to our bulletin and Date book may authorize two (2) separate users to access those publications through our on-line home page. Duplication and distribution of our copyrighted publications is strictly prohibited by law.

All authorized users on a single subscription must be located in the same physical location (ie. new York, chicago, los Angeles) unless agreed upon in writing at the time the account is established. once an account is activated, no review of this policy is possible.

celebrity service reserves the right to terminate any subscription at any time if it becomes clear that information provided by our service has been used in the commission of a crime, in a manner that causes grievous bodily harm or in the pursuit of illicit activity of any kind.

Due to the ephemeral nature of our business and the information retrieval industry in general, we are unable to issue subscription refunds to clients who terminate their service prematurely. All sales are final.
