WHAT TO PACK It will be warm at that time of year in Chicago, so if you are attending the optional activities, you will want to dress in comfortable shoes and clothes for warmer weather. The events on Sunday evening including 10pin Bowling and Spectacular Problems in Surgery will be casual attire. Those attending the meeting are typically in business attire. Finally, attire for the Nonie Lowry Dinner Dance on Friday evening is cocktail attire/jacket & tie.

The program has been selected from abstracts submitted by the membership of both associations. The subject matter selected is a cross-section of the cutting edge of surgical practice today.

2. Be able to analyze the clinical results of new approachesor techniques for managing surgical disease.
