APPLICATION GUIDELINES

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Please cover the following points in your application as appropriate: Clear description of your project; How the project will develop your career/practice; Your ability to manage and execute the proposed project; An outline draft technical schedule i.e. how many days get-in; Provide details of any partnerships, other than artistic, including financial support and if

this is confirmed; Provide details of any future performances by the artists/group and whether these are

confirmed; How your work will engage with audiences.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSCCA’s technical specifications are attached. Please note that not all equipment may be available due to other event requirements within the building.

BUDGETPlease provide full financial details of your project.

CV (two pages maximum)Please include professional biographies for key artists and performers involved in the project.

AUDIO/VISUAL DOCUMENTATION Please select high-quality visual documentation that clearly illustrates your previous work and/or the proposed project.

Audio - please upload your material to Soundcloud as a private track. It is our preference that you make this a private track available for download. To do this you will need to sign up or have a Soundcloud account. Please share it with us by adding us via the email address: [email protected]

Video - please upload your material to Vimeo and, if appropriate, make the video private. You can share a video with us by adding us via the email address [email protected]

CD/DVD - Make sure the documentation is both Mac and Windows PC compatible. These materials will only be returned if a self-addressed envelope (SAE) has been provided with the appropriate level of postage. Recorded material should be no longer than 5 minutes.

MONITORING FORMPlease complete the attached Monitoring Form. This information will not form part of the selection process and those considering your application will not have access to it. Some of the information you give will be held on computer for analysis and reporting purposes only.
