• The KRUK – 1000 DM Impact Crusher for Mounting on Scraper Conveyor

The KRUK-1000 DM impact crusher(a dynamic unit) is used for disintegra-tion of large ROM lumps in a scraper conveyor haulage system. It is adapted for operation in conjunction with long-wall main gate stage loader units with the pans of 720 to 1200 mm width.The crusher is mounted on the conve-yor pan by means of skids fixed in the place of the pan spill plates and pro-vided instead of them. A reinforced pan on which the ROM crushing is being performed is placed under the crushing drum.

Crushing and Disintegrating EquipmentThe crushers represent mechanical equipment designed for disintegrating large lumps of mineral raw material, aggregate, coal. They are adapted for operation in conjunction with bulk handling conveyors.They find their application, among others, in mines, metallurgical plants and electric power plants.

It is used in coal mines for crushing the run-of-mine (ROM) coal and for primary separation of stone from coal. The underground make of the crusher makes possible its application in the process of a so-called dryde-stoning of the ROM coal directly in the underground mine working. The process is aimed at eliminating the stone from the run-of-mine and preparing it for backfilling the underground voids without having to conduct that process on the pit bank and bringing it back again underground.

It is used in coal mining for crushing the run-of mine coal and hard band rock up to the hardness of a sandstone inclusive. The crusher frame is dismountable which allows for its transportation and assembling underground in the mine. The crusher can be operated in coal preparation plants (mounted on a low base-frame) or in underground mine workings, over the conveyor unit, (mounted on a high base-frame, without anchoring it on a foundation). The KWK - 100U crusheris a jaw-type unit, having an additional counter-jaw that reduces the dynamic impact on the foundation. The crushing degree (size range) shall be set by way of adjusting the outlet aperture between the moving jaw and the fixed one. The crusher is protected against overload damage by means of frictional clutches provided in the fly-wheels.

It is designed for crushing the material of different hardness, ranging from that of coal up to the sandstone hardness. Its main application is the primary crushing of the run-of-mine coal in preparation stations prior to entering the process in coal preparation plants. It can be also used underground in a mine for crushing the mine development work rock.The KWK-100 UM unit is a jaw crusher provided with an additional counter-jaw to considerably reduce the dynamic load effect on the foundation. The crusher body walls can be made in a spli or nonsplit version. The split version facilitates transportation, assembling and dismantling of the crusher, especially in the underground mining conditions, and is designed for operation in moderate load conditions. Instead,The non-split design is meant for arduous duty in crushing medium and high hardness materials. The crusher can be operated with a low-base-frame underneath or with a high one – in case of application of the conveyor haulage of the run-of-mine.The UP Impact Ring Crushers The UP impact ring crushers are used in coal mining for crushing coal, parting (band) rock and rock.

The UP crushers are hammer-type units of single-impeller design with a grate, provided with ring-shaped hammers. The crushing range depends on the size of aperture in the grate.

The roll crusher is designed for disintegration of medium hard and soft material such as stone, blast furnace slag, coke, coal partings, lignite, marl, chalk, etc. The main working elements of the crusher are two rolls rotating opposite each other, the rolls having the surface padwelded with an abrasion-resistant material.

It is used for disintegration of medium hard material, including coal and coal-rock partings on coal preparation plants. The crushing takes place between the cogged roll and the grate pivoted on the top edge and resting on an elastic element at the bottom edge of the crusher body.The elastic support of the grate allows for passing of larger-size and hard objects through the crusher without any damage caused to it. Depending on the required product grain size properly selected must be the crushing elements of the roll, the size of grate aperture and the outlet clearance between the roll and the grate. The crushing roll is driven by an electric motor through belt and gear transmissions.

The KD - 600x1200 double roll crusher is used for disintegrating brittle and medium tough or tough material, such as coal, coal-rock partings, lignite, coke, rock-salt, gypsum, marl, etc., serving most often as a preparatory-phase link in the whole coal cleaning process (flowsheet).

It is used for crushing coal and coal-rock partings in the preparation plants of coal mines. It can be applied as well for crushing other materials of similar hardness.

It is used for crushing slag in electric power plants, thermal-electric power stations and boiler houses.The crusher is of a two-stage design. The first stage, for primary crushing, is a two-roll design with the rolls made as special crushing elements. The second stage – the crushing proper – is of a single-roll roll design with a cogged roll incorporated.

Impact Crusher, Model WUB 100

The WUB 100 is a three-chamber beater impact crusher intended for size reduction of fragile and fragile/plastic materials, including minerals, rocks and recycled raw materials.
