Jesus told His disciples before He left the earth to go
to all the world and tell them about the good news of
salvation. He also told them to make disciples of the
people that accepted Him. To be a disciple is to be
someone that is completely sold-out for Jesus.
All Christians are disciples! This title is not reserved
for a select ultra-spiritual band of Christians. But the
question that everyone asks is, “How do I become sold
-out for Christ?” It seems so hard to follow Jesus.
What can I do to get closer to God, to learn more about
my Savior, and to become a more effective servant for
Jesus? The answer is partly found through Cross
Training.
The Cross Training program at MRBC is aimed at
equipping you for effective service, deepening your
relationship with God and others, and expanding your
knowledge of the Christian faith. It is our prayer that
by investing time in these discipleship courses you will
become more and more like Christ .

Ladies Bible Study: Resolution Like the men in the movie Courageous who resolve to fully accept their responsibilities before God, Shirer explains how today's women can and should live out their own resolution. It is "a defining banner that hangs over your life, written in the ink of your own choices." A woman's banner should be an accurate reflection of who she desires to be - someone completely Christ-centered who blesses and changes things in her world for the better.
Teacher: Jennifer Howard

Struggling with relationships?
Matthew Road Christian Counseling offers understanding,
encouragement, and hope through a counselor who is
professionally trained, licensed, and committed to offering
quality spiritual and psychological care. As a Christian, our
counselor understands the importance of helping individuals,
couples and families honestly address the problems they are
facing by providing a safe, supportive environment in which the
central issues may be understood and solutions found.
As a professional counselor, our staff member is equipped
to address the specific issues that underlie the complex,
confusing nature of the difficulties that individuals, couples,
and families often face.
