The M-7Target.

Helping disconnected people become fully trained disciples of Christ.

Our win is to lead as many people to be fully connected, fully trained M-7 Disciples. An M-7 Disciple is a member, a magnifier, a maturing dis-ciple, a minister, a manager, a messenger, and a multiplier.

We seek to lead people to become fully trained disciples by having a defined target and utilizing classes and groups to facilitate the process of becoming an M-7 Disciple.

A M A T U R I N G D I S C I P L E !We want to lead people to move strategically and intentionally from infants in the faith to adults in the faith. We encourage every be-liever to join a small group for spiritual growth and commit to the study of a discipleship core curriculum called Disciple Making Essentials.(Small Group with Disciple Making Essentials)

That you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understand-ing, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowl-edge of God; being strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. - Colossians 1:9-12

“My small group means the world to me. I know what it is like to need help with everything, and your group just does it. The past 3 months have been crazy for us: we sold our house, and it sold in just 9 days. We needed help moving and pack-ing and cleaning, and our group just jumped in and did it. We would be lost without our small group family. We truly are family. I love each and every one of them and am so blessed that God has put us together to do life with each other. I am a true believer in small group.”-Samantha Wood

“Love my small group!!! We are a family and sup-port each other during good and bad times. Our group has been through so much the past few years, and we have all been blessed by each oth-er when the hard times come. It is always good to know someone has your back. We love each other, we pray for each other, and we do life to-gether. We are grateful to be able to have the connections that we do! Couldn’t imagine life without them!”-DeeDee Grindle

IMPACTCOWETAWhat is Impact Coweta?Impact Coweta is a combination of current and future projects with one simple goal: Impact our local community in a way that brings glory and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ through the resources He has gifted to us.

How We Impact CowetaWe believe everything we have belongs to God, so we should use it for His glory. Our plan is to use all of our God-given resourc-es in a way that honors Him and fulfills His mission. We have three initiatives that will help us Impact Coweta!

24

25

Expand Our Reach

Our win is to lead as many people as possible to be fully connected, fully trained M-7 Disciples.

In order to make fully connected disciples in our community, we must extend our reach beyond the walls of our church. We believe our future necessitates meeting the relevant needs of our community. In addition, we increase our influence through our church planting network and multi-site campus expansions. Our Community Impact Programs are our way to reach into our community. Visit crossroadsonline.org/communityimpact to learn more about our current and future programs.

25

Impact the Next GenerationCrossroads is committed to training the next generation to be fully connected disciples. Each week we are developing M-7 disciples in Reel Kids, Xtreme, Fusion and InSight. But we are not stopping there!

Our aim is to redeem the arts for the Lord. This month, the first semester begins at our Worship Arts Academy. Classes in-clude: guitar, drums, keys, vocals and more. Go to crossroadsonline.org/worshipartsacademy to learn more.

Crossroads is training the next generation to be M-7 Leaders through our Internship Program. As God calls our youth into ministry, we want to be a church that develops them to lead the way Jesus led. Check out crossroadsonline.org/intern to learn more about our Internship Program.

Maximize Our ResourcesThrough our Campus Development projects at our three Coweta County locations, we strive to be a blessing to our commu-nity. God has blessed our church so that we can be a blessing to others. We are committed to using our God-given resources to Impact Coweta County and beyond.

Turn to page 26 to read a quick update on where we are with our short term goals.

26

Amphitheater, Front Drive Pond & PavilionOver the last few months we have been working with architects and Coweta County officials in preparation to break ground. We have raised almost half of the funding needed to complete these projects. To donate or to learn more about these pro-jects, visit crossroadsonline.org/campusdevelopment.

Phase 1 of the Recreation SiteExcitement is building as we look toward the construction of our recreation facility. Our community is in great need of a place where kids can learn and play sports in a Christ-like environment. This project will begin when adequate funds have been raised.
