Crossing the Bridge Mentor Program iscommitted to giving our children and youthleadership and development skills tosucceed in life.  Together, adult  volunteerswith youth participate in interactivetrainings, team building exercises,leadership development, and focus on aspecific theme, such as goal setting, decisionmaking, conflict resolution, effectivecommunication and teamwork.
